Terms of Service

CrewOps lets a contracting business track leads, jobs, documents, signatures, schedules and job financials, and, if its users choose, link their company email to jobs. We may change or improve features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature Customer relies on.

Customer is responsible for who it invites to its workspace, the roles it assigns, and all activity under its users’ accounts. Users must keep their sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly at contact@raavasolutions.com about any unauthorized use.

Customer owns the data it and its users put into CrewOps, including homeowner details, documents, photos and email imported from connected mailboxes (“Customer Data”). Customer gives us permission to host, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide and support CrewOps for Customer.

Customer is responsible for having the right to collect and use Customer Data, including any notices to or consents from homeowners that the law requires. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connecting a Gmail mailbox is optional. A user may connect only a mailbox they are authorized to use for Customer’s business. Our use of data received from Google is limited as described in the Privacy Policy, and a user can disconnect a mailbox at any time.

Customer and its users will not:

• use CrewOps for anything unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent;
• upload content they have no right to share, or malware;
• try to access another workspace’s data, probe or bypass security controls, or disrupt the service;
• resell or provide CrewOps to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk.

Fees, if any, are set out in the order form or agreement between Customer and us. Pilot and trial access may be provided free of charge for a limited period.

We own CrewOps, its software and its content other than Customer Data. If Customer sends us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

Either party may stop using or providing CrewOps by written notice, subject to any committed term in a signed agreement. On termination, Customer may ask us within 30 days to export its Customer Data. After that we may delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

CrewOps is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CrewOps helps organize work; it does not give legal, insurance or financial advice, and Customer remains responsible for its contracts, claims and filings, including any AI-suggested links or classifications it relies on.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount Customer paid us for CrewOps in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date, and give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
